After more than two and a half years of development, testing and refining, CMC Gold has created a dummy that’s not only beautifully aesthetic, but engineered to be safe, practical and suitable for all ages.

What Is a Vented Teat?

A vented teat allows air to flow in and out as your baby sucks, gently flattening to shape naturally inside their mouth. Most leading dummy brands use vented teats — including BIBS, Frigg, Avent and Nuk. After sterilising, you may notice water inside the teat; simply squeeze out any excess before use.

• Size 1: Newborn – 6 months

• Size 2: 6 months+

• Size 3: 18 months+ Three sizes are available so you can upgrade as your baby grows.

• 100% natural rubber latex teat

• BPA‑free, PVC‑free & phthalate‑free

• Size 1 suitable from birth

• Supplied with a protective cap

Safety & Standards

CMC Gold dummies are:

• Designed & lab‑tested to AS 2432:2015

• Tested to AS/NZS ISO 8124.3

• Free from BPA, PVC & phthalates

Sterilising Instructions

• Place dummy in a cup of boiling water for 5 minutes

• Remove and allow to air‑dry

• Do not soak longer than 5 minutes (may thin the rubber)

• Do not boil on the stove

• Keep out of direct sunlight

• If water enters the teat, gently squeeze it out before use

Replacement Timeframe

Replace every 4–6 weeks. Signs it’s time for a new dummy include:

• Swelling

• Stickiness

• Changes in texture These are normal for all natural rubber pacifiers worldwide.
